Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative provides service to individuals in a virtual or face-to-face setting that may include greeting visitors, providing directions, fielding complaints, answering questions, and/or providing information about an organization or service.
Additional tasks may include-
- May include some telephone and/or mail (including electronic) interaction.
- May work as part of a team or as an individual.
- May require use of office automation to enable and report on the outcomes.
This is not a Contact Center position.
