 Job Description

SourceAbled is seeking a Customer Care Representative. 

Candidates with Autism, Neurodivergence or Disabilities are encouraged to apply!

This position based in Houston, candidate can be Remote the majority of the time, will go in the office once week and start onsite week one for training and to get equipment.

The candidate must have excellent communication and organizations skills, proficient in Excel and SAP experience a plus.

Customer Support Specialist providing administrative and order support to the North American Channel Sales Team.

1-3 years office experience, preferably in a fast-paced customer service environment, SAP, Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word would be an asset.

The candidate will be interfacing with customers and internal sales support teams, entering orders into the Quote/Order tool, expediting, providing customer support, and supporting the sales and project teams as needed.
