My client is in search of a remote Claims Records Specialist. In this role, you will be supporting the corporate legal team of a major insurance company. By manually reviewing claims received and using screen capture technology to gather information needed by the team to process claims.

Working with the requestor to produce records and clarify as needed.
Reviews requests for claims files/records, in electronic format, researching information in claims systems and external file indexing systems.
Responds to large record requests from SAE, Legal, Compliance, SIU and other entities.
Analyzing records data against guidelines to gather required information.
Researches missing records/information to ensure all options have been exhausted.
Participates in file management/organizing process.
Working with local leadership as needed.
Proficient in Excel/MS Office
Comfortable with web-based applications
Tolerance/preference for routine, systemized work
Self-starter with good time/task management skills
Remote position, but must be able to work EST business hours
High School diploma or equivalent required.
